They help you set, clarify and maintain focus on your health goals and develop unique nutrition, supplement, lifestyle, sleep, movement and stress management protocols that can help bring your body back into balance, resulting in optimal health.

Can I combine holistic nutrition with other healthcare approaches?
Absolutely! Holistic Nutritionists work with other health care professionals in order to determine all nutritional and lifestyle-changing needs of the client, including referring clients to other health care professionals as deemed appropriate.
Do you take international clients?
Yes! My sessions are facilitated virtually allowing me to work with clients internationally.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide 24 hours’ notice If you need to cancel or reschedule. If you miss an appointment or give less than 24 hours’ notice, you are financially responsible for that appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit card through online booking, Paypal, and E-transfer.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse. If you have ordered an item in the wrong size, we are happy to exchange and re-ship the item for you. If you receive a damaged item, please get in touch with us within 30 days after the misprinted, damaged, or defective item has been received to figure out the best solution.
