Nutrition and holistic health can feel overwhelming on top of any symptoms you might be experiencing, and living a fulfilling life. I want to demystify and simplify healthy living to show you that it can be fun and flexible! Grounded in the principles of nutrition, well-being, self-development, and creativity, I help my clients develop and establish a practice suited to their unique bio-individuality and lifestyle.

The beautiful thing about health is that it’s an ongoing conversation with yourself. Learning how to listen is core to my teaching.

THE KITCHEN TABLE

A community newsletter where we explore health through an inclusive and expansive lens! 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Weekly on The Kitchen Table, I share reflections and practical tools to help you feel more at home in yourself—through food, movement, self-inquiry, or the rhythms that shape your life. I share my own routines and rituals that align with the cycles of nature, the planets, the seasons, to encourage you to develop holistic practices for your wellbeing. I also explore the interdisciplinary sources of inspiration from the culture at large that keep me plugged in, expanded, and motivated.

  • Recipe drops: expect a variety of nutrient-dense, targeted, and/or seasonal recipes with deeper dives on how they support our health

  • My musings on health: how I’m eating, techniques I’m turning to, what I’m exploring

  • Meal planning, shopping and preparing inspo!

  • Tips and tricks for cooking and holistic living

  • Seasonal guidance and rituals

  • Recommendations: podcasts, books, meditations, movement practices, playlists, products, recipes from other developers and more!

Paying subscribers will receive weekly newsletters and access to the archives, while free subscribers will receive bi-weekly newsletters.
