1:1 SUPPORT

My 1:1 Support is designed to be flexible and to meet you where you are.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We will work together to achieve your health goals within a defined container of 4 weeks, 8 weeks, or 12 weeks.

Nutrition and holistic health can seem complicated and contradictory with all of the vast sources of information available to us. I want to demystify and simplify healthy living to show you that it can be fun and creative! Grounded in the principles of nutrition and well-being, I help my clients develop and establish a practice that is suited to their unique bio-individuality and lifestyle.

The beautiful thing about health is that it’s an ongoing conversation with yourself. Learning how to listen is core to my teaching.

  • An introduction to wellbeing, we cover the basic principles of getting into a health routine. This is perfect for someone who wants to start small or is looking for a reset. This program includes a tailored wellness plan, and the fundamentals we cover will have you energized and excited to start feeling and living better

    What’s included:

    • One 75-minute intake session to review your health history and set goals

    • Three 45-minute sessions scheduled weekly to check in and cover topics including routine, daily habits, blood sugar balancing, and how to plan and prepare for whole food cooking

    • Additional support via email in between sessions if you have questions, want to share accomplishments, or need additional encouragement or accountability

    • A personally tailored wellness plan PDF inclusive of a sample meal plan, recipes, targeted supplements and lifestyle recommendations

  • We build off of the four-week foundation to include further aspects about the foundations of health. For those looking for more support, accountability, and education, this program includes a tailored wellness plan and you will leave equipped with the tools to continue to build and implement on your own.

    What’s included

    • One 75-minute intake session to review your health history and set goals

    • Three 45-minute sessions scheduled weekly to check in and cover topics including routine, daily habits, blood sugar balancing, and how to plan and prepare for whole food cooking

    • Four 30-minute sessions scheduled weekly to check in and cover topics including the mind-body connection, stress management, sleep, and supportive movement

    • Additional support via email in between sessions if you have questions, want to share accomplishments, or need additional encouragement or accountability

    • A personally tailored wellness plan PDF inclusive of a sample meal plan, recipes, targeted supplements and lifestyle recommendations

  • An extensive program outlining my 10 pillars of health and well-being. We will explore all aspects of holistic health inclusive of anatomy, physiology; emotional, mental, and spiritual health. This offering includes a tailored wellness plan and is for those who are ready to commit to a big and lasting shift or have a health condition that they are looking to go deep into.

    • One 75-minute intake session to review your health history and set goals

    • Three 45-minute sessions scheduled weekly to check in and cover topics including routine, daily habits, blood sugar balancing, and how to plan and prepare for whole food cooking

    • Eight 30-minute sessions scheduled weekly to check in and cover topics including cellular health, digestion, hormonal health, the mind-body connection, stress management, sleep, supportive movement, and spiritual practices

    • Additional support via email in between sessions if you have questions, want to share accomplishments, or need additional encouragement or accountability

    • A personally tailored wellness plan PDF inclusive of a sample meal plan, recipes, targeted supplements and lifestyle recommendations
